This recently built villa is blessed with unbeatable views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Lighthouse of Trafalgar, on the Costa de la Luz. Besides, as you can imagine, the décor is with practical and straightforward elements that let the inner beauty of the building stand out.

The three floors of the villa are provided with all the comforts you can think about, thus including centralised warm/cool air-con, for which you will feel at home but in a completely different environment from the one you might be used to. You can access its indoor area from the basement or the main floor.

The basement of the villa is where the private parking is located. The laundry room occupies the rest of the area, which also welcomes a bedroom with a 1.60-mt double bed and an en-suite with a gorgeous walk-in shower. A flight of stairs lead to the open-space concept of the villa’s main floor. Only a half wall made of stone, where the flat-screen TV is hung, separates the lounge area from the kitchen. This floor is ideal for the whole family to gather together and enjoy their spare time: you can relax in the living room, have a meal around the 8-place dining table or unleash your inner chef in the immaculate kitchen, fully equipped with all the tools and amenities you’ll need. The splendid ocean views will accompany you, regardless of what you decide to do here, thanks to the glass windows that separate the indoor from the terrace.

Upstairs, you will find the remaining three bedrooms of the villa, all provided with a 1.60-mt double bed, access to the splendid terrace and dream ocean views. The master bedroom also relies on an en-suite with a shower, and the other two bedrooms share another gorgeous bathroom with a splendid walk-in shower.

The split-level, ground-floor terrace welcomes a lovely area for “al fresco” dining, in the shadow of the first floor. A few steps lead to the Infinity pool and its poolside sun loungers. Here is where you will truly relax, as your eyes get filled with the splendid ocean views and you delight yourself with delicious meals facing the sunset-coloured sky.

The access to the villa is fully paved.
