This spectacular holiday home is set in one of the most fabulous areas of the province of Cadiz, in the protected park of El Estrecho. It is surrounded by a huge pine forest, behind which the blue Atlantic Ocean leans out, for which this property is ideal for a family getaway. The quiet setting and fabulous location at just 3 km from the white-sand beaches, provide the perfect ambience to you and your beloved ones.

The house sleeps six, and it's provided with three double bedrooms and three bathrooms with a shower.

The indoor area is decorated with light colours and wooden details. The wide windows let the light flood in so that you can enjoy the perfect quantity of light in the living room, just like you would outdoor. Out of the three bedrooms, one is furnished with a precious canopy bed, with impressive views of the house-surrounding nature. This bedroom is also provided with an en-suite with a shower. The two other bedrooms feature two twin beds each.

The spacious dining-living room lets you relax on the comfortable sofas, thanks to the fabulous corner fireplace and the useful dining table that separates the living space from the kitchen. The latter is modern and fully equipped, which allows you to prepare delicious specialities to surprise your beloved ones.

The living room's French doors open onto the spacious wooden porch. Here, you will find a dream spot, decorated with flowerpots and equipped with an outdoor dining table and sun loungers to relax in the sunshine. Right in front of it, there is the private pool, ideal for refreshing while admiring the 180-degree panorama that goes from the lush vegetation to the blue ocean's waters.

The house is provided with a parking lot, and the access is possible via a paved lane.
