Nice villa for families near the beach

Holiday home on the outskirts of Vejer de la Frontera, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This rental is located near the beaches of Conil de la Frontera, which allows you and your family to enjoy the warm sunshine on the fine sand of the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. The holiday home is located in a residential area, and it shares the pool area with the rest of the houses.

The dining-living room of the property is characterised by a cosy atmosphere, and it features comfortable sofas and a massive, built-in fireplace. Behind the couch is the 6-people dining table, which ideally separates the lounge space from the galley corner. An independent toilet is also provided in the living room. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms (one with a double bed, and two with two twin beds each) and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Heating is provided via electric heaters.

Outdoor, you will have a spacious porch at your disposal, where you will be able to rejoice in delicious meals thanks to the area for "al fresco" dining. The backyard, on the contrary, features a lovely, enclosed garden with BBQ for you to make the most of the warm sunshine in full privacy. The swimming pool is set in a much bigger area, which is at the disposal of several houses in the same residential area.

The access to the holiday home is possible via a paved lane.
