Villa situated close to the beach of El Palmar, in the town of Vejer de la Frontera, in the region of la Janda, province of Cadiz, Andalusia.
This gorgeous holiday home is situated in the quiet and rural environment of the Camino de Malcucaña, in a 500 m2-wide plot. Its 100 m2 are decorated with a rustic style and are divided into two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and an independent toilet. The huge dining-living room share space with a completely equipped corner galley. The house is provided with ceiling fans and radiators, for you to spend comfortable moments whatever the season is, and it uses renewable energies.
The outdoor area presents a covered porch with dining room and a barbecue area that opens on to a gorgeous garden with a charming private swimming pool. The estate also has a private parking.
