Holiday home for 5 people in Cuevas del Almanzora, province of Almería, Andalusia.
This wonderful traditional-style farmhouse is located on a 2000m2 plot and its exterior, surrounded by palm trees and nature, will conquer your heart.
Within the same property, although in a separate farmhouse and apart from the house, live the owners of the same. They are in charge of the maintenance of the house and the pool.
Distributed in two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has 3 single beds. The house has a full bathroom with a shower.
The living room has a comfortable sofa from which you can enjoy your favorite series. The dining room is integrated into the living room and has enough capacity to receive your entire family. The kitchen is American-style, which creates an open and diaphanous space between rooms. It has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals.
Outside the house we find a porch with a dining area and barbecue. Although, without a doubt, its magnificent swimming pool and children's play area will delight both adults and children. The house also has an area where you can enjoy petanque and show off your aim, as well as a dart board.
Don't think twice and let yourself be won over by this wonderful house that you will fall in love with as soon as you set foot in it.
Access to the house is via a concrete mountain road, with characteristic curves of the area where it is located.
Above the farmhouse, with a separate entrance, there is an apartment that will remain closed for the use of guests.
