This house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large and spacious living room with a wood burning stove. The kitchen-dining room is open plan with doors leading to different terraces on the side of the villa where there are gardens and terraces. The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished in an American style. There is a laundry room and a toilet on this floor next to the kitchen area.

The villa is accessed through the upper floor where there are 6 bedrooms in total. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one has an en-suite shower room and the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. The other four bedrooms share a full family bathroom with bath and shower cubicle. All bedrooms and bathrooms have exterior windows with views and 2 bedrooms have access to a large terrace.

In the outside area of the house is the pool, where you can cool off and relax or sunbathe. This villa is situated in beautiful gardens with complete privacy and tranquility, with no neighbors overlooking the property and views of the mountains. Furthermore, the villa is close to the town of Turre with all the amenities and services.
