This house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a large and spacious living room with a wood stove. The open-plan kitchen-dining area has doors leading to different terraces on the side of the villa where there are gardens and terraces. The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished in an American style. There is a laundry room and a toilet on this floor next to the kitchen area.

The villa is accessed via the upper floor where there are a total of 6 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one has a shower room, and the master bedroom has a bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower. The other four bedrooms share a full family bathroom with a bathtub and shower cabin. All bedrooms and bathrooms have exterior windows with views, and 2 bedrooms have access to a large terrace.

In the outdoor area of the house, there is a swimming pool where you can refresh, relax, or sunbathe. This villa is set in beautiful gardens with complete privacy and tranquility, with no neighbors overlooking the property, and it has mountain views. Additionally, the villa is close to the village of Turre with all amenities and services.

The rental of this accommodation is intended for families. Groups of friends, parties, and events are not allowed.
