The farmhouse is located within the Finca La Capellanía, with altitudes ranging from 970 meters to 1,055 meters, in the Rambla de Taberno area, surrounded by crops of olive trees, almond trees, vineyards, fruit trees and dozens of century-old oaks.
The farmhouse has 2 floors, with 8 bedrooms, 6 of them doubles and 2 with 2 single beds each. It has 6 bathrooms with a separate shower and 2 bathrooms with a bathtub, spacious and bright living rooms with a fireplace and central heating in all rooms. Fully equipped kitchens, for the use and enjoyment of guests.
Outside, the rural houses have a well-kept garden, with a saline water pool and a barbecue area with rustic tables, perfect for enjoying the outdoors in the summer months. There are swings so that the little ones can enjoy the house. They also have ample parking.
