Holiday house for 12 people in Vélez Blanco, province of Almería, in Andalusia.
This house is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor is the living room that has a couple of sofas, a fireplace and a dining table, to be able to meet and eat as a family. The kitchen, fully equipped, as it has, among other things, a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee maker, etc. In addition, on this floor there are also two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.
On the upper floor are the four remaining bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.
In the outdoor area there is a laundry room, the porch where there is a table with several chairs to meet outdoors, the covered barbecue and of course, the pool with a shower that also has several sun loungers to rest and sunbathe. .
A singularity of this house is that it has a children's playground and a well that is next to the house.
Thanks to its location and its characteristics, it offers the intimacy and rest so sought after and just a couple of minutes by car from the town, so if the need arises you will have supermarkets or shops at hand.
