This spectacular rural house is ideal for vacations for the whole family, as it is located a few kilometers from the magnificent beaches of the Almeria coast and close to the amenities of the town of Berja. In this property, up to 12 people can stay, to enjoy the warm summer temperatures and take advantage of the interior comforts.
The two-story house has a beautiful hall, equipped with two sofas, which provides access to the rooms on both levels. On the ground floor, you will find a splendid living-dining room with high ceilings, characterized by a magnificent stone wall that accentuates the rustic atmosphere of the house. This room also has large windows, through which light enters and illuminates the entire interior; A comfortable sofa is located in front of the fireplace and near a wooden dining table. The ground floor also has a huge fully equipped independent kitchen, a bathroom with a hydromassage shower and two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed.
On the upper floor, you will have the other four bedrooms of the house at your disposal. One is equipped with two single beds, while the other 3 have a double bed each. In addition, one of these also has an en-suite bathroom with a corner bathtub.
The pellet central heating reaches the rooms thanks to the wall radiators.
The spectacular outdoor area features a splendid garden with lush vegetation, tall trees, pergolas and, of course, a fabulous private pool. All this allows the whole family to enjoy, in a unique environment to disconnect and recharge their batteries during the summer, falling in love with this villa and its surroundings.
